Anaheim voters send mixed message on Disney

David Wagner For voters in Anaheim, this election wasn't just about Orange County’s tight, closely watched Congressional races. It was also about Disney, the city's largest employer. While Disney allies appear to have won a firm majority on Anaheim’s city council, voters were evenly split on a living wage measure that seeks to target Disneyland.
