Political Insider Reveals Trump/Manafort/Russia Scandal “Much Worse Than Anyone Imagined”

One questioned that has remained throughout the Russia-Trump scandal is why Paul Manafort was so eager to join the Trump campaign, even offering to take the position for free. We have since learned that Manafort was $60 million dollars in debt to a Kremlin oligarch at the time and while that seems like a good enough reason, the real truth may be even worse. NBC News Confirms:
Paul Manafort, a former campaign manager for President Donald Trump, has much stronger financial ties to a Russian oligarch than have been previously reported.
An NBC News investigation reveals that $26 million changed hands in the form of a loan between a company linked to Manafort and the oligarch, Oleg Deripaska, a billionaire with close ties to the Kremlin.
The loan brings the total of their known business dealings to around $60 million over the past decade, according to financial documents filed in Cyprus and the Cayman Islands.
Trump had to have known something was up when Manafort was willing to take on a job for no pay that typically makes people a healthy paycheck. Even the delusional Donald Trump would have known something was wrong with this picture and that it probably had more to do with Manafort’s Russian relationships than his issues with Hillary Clinton.
If Trump was ok with a Russian puppet leading his campaign, it puts his relationship with Russia back in the spotlight.
Matthew Miller from MSNBC said , “Whatever actually went on between Paul Manafort and [Russian oligarch] Oleg Deripaska, I guarantee it is much worse than anyone has imagined.”

Bill Palmer points out:
It’s becoming progressively easier to figure out why. If Manafort was using the Trump campaign to get his $60 million Russian debt wiped clean, and Trump knew about it, then it means that A) Trump was every bit as financially in debt to the Russians as we’ve always suspected, and B) Trump was also using his campaign to try to wipe out his Russian debt.
If this the case, that would officially make Donald Trump a traitor. If he conspired with a foreign country to rig an election, that is treason. This doesn’t look good for Manafort or Trump.
